2025 HSAD Scholarship Now Accepting Applicants!
The Titmouse Foundation knows how important the arts are to society; media and stories have the power to change the world. That is why we will continue to do our best to support the next generation in their pursuit of a quality art education.
Since 2022, the Titmouse Foundation has provided a renewable annual scholarship to one talented graduate from the High School of Art and Design to attend an art college of their choosing in order to pursue a career in animation. If selected, recipients will also have access to a mentor with experience in the animation industry.
Recipients will receive up to $10,000 annually for a maximum of 4 years. Annual renewal of the scholarship is contingent upon maintaining a satisfactory academic performance of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
We chose to partner with the High School of Art & Design because we’ve seen firsthand the dedication the teachers have in fostering these students. We’ve seen the dedication the PTA has in creating an engaging school environment. And we’ve seen the ferocious drive the students have, students that come in from all boroughs of NYC, in order to practice their craft and collaborate with organizations like HBO and NYC.GOV.
